I originally went on the website to look for an Australian company and Flashbay stood out. I called Flashbay and a young lady by the name of Maggie Flanagan answered. I immediately sensed that Flashbay was the right company I would be dealing with. I explained to Maggie what I had in mind and what I was looking for. Maggie was unbelievable, she was patient and immediately gave me advice and ideas for my granddaughters art. I made the decision to have the art on a notebook with a bamboo pen. I forwarded the art to Maggie and she kept in touch informing me with the progress. Maggies advice, completion and delivery of the notebooks 100% plus. Today 17th of April I received the notebooks and seeing the finished product, the packaging and express service was amazing. These days companies don’t have staff like Maggie, she is management material who knows her products inside out and has personality plus. I am so happy to have dealt with an Australian owned company and will recommend Flashbay to the community and Maggie I can’t thank you enough you are a gem ????

Olivia was amazing to work with. She responded almost immediately, provided recommendations, and supported us at every corner. Even when a delivery problem came up that had nothing to do with Flashbay - she made sure to reach out to FedEx on our behalf and expedite the process. Our package arrived the next day. 10/10 service.

Professional and efficient from start to finish
We recently used Flashbay to produce branded corporate merchandise for one of our clients and were very impressed from start to finish. As an agency, we’ve worked with many suppliers over the years, and the pre-order service really stood out. Tom called the same afternoon as my initial enquiry and samples arrived the very next day, before we had even formally requested them, which helped us move quickly. The artwork setup and approval process was straightforward, even with a few tweaks along the way. The finished products matched the samples exactly and arrived earlier than expected. Pricing was very competitive too. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
