I am so happy with my pen order and am extremely impressed with how everything was handled from my initial enquiry to the follow-up post delivery. Service has been quick and efficient, I was kept informed all through the process. I received samples of the 2 pens I was interested in within days. What I also liked is that I could order a small quantity. Perfect for my small business. Highly recommend Flashbay.

The Communication responses to my questions about the product was almost instantly and there is a time difference of 3hrs. to consider. Once the pens and engraving were finalized Olivia followed up with the date the pens were shipped to the date, they arrived. Her knowledge and recommendations on the pens were very helpful for us to make our final decision. Also, the special box of pens that Olivia sent helped us to visually see what our options were. We ended up ordering 2 different pens as opposed to only one. I would rate Olivia's service and attention to our order as Excellent. We will definitely order your product again.

I had an excellent experience from start to finish. The representative who handled my order, Kevin Mun, was professional, responsive, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. He kept me informed every step of the way and ensured all my questions were answered promptly.
The design team did an outstanding job bringing my ideas to life. They paid close attention to the details, were receptive to feedback, and delivered a design that exceeded my expectations.
I was also impressed by the fast turnaround and delivery. Everything arrived on time, and the final product was of excellent quality. The craftsmanship and attention to detail were evident, and the finished result looked exactly as promised.
